Preacher Stone was formed In 2008 by songwriters Marty Hill and Ronnie Riddle to create a musical style that is reminiscent of real Classic Rock/Southern Rock, while staying current with a “Hard Country” sound.

With the band’s 2009 release of their self-titled first CD, their song "Not Today" garnered interest by and was used on the popular TV Series Sons of Anarchy. (Season 3, Episode 3).
