Lucky Her Lyrics

When you was my man, you didn't understand
You didn't have a clue
It was all brand new to you that I need love too
You put your boys before me, constantly ignored me
Didn't do nothin for me, now's another story, oh
No I'm not hatin but I am just sayin cause
You said you'd settle down and do the family thing (Lucky her)
You say that you're all grown up and you don't do childish things (Lucky her)
You don't stay out no more, you don't hang out no more (Lucky her)
You say that you're better than and that you're a better man (Lucky her)
(I) I thought I'd walk down the ailse
(I) I thought I would have your child
(I) I thought I would be the one that always made you smile
But then came what's her name outta nowhere takin my place
After I made you half of the man you are today
She'll get all the credit baby and I can't forget it babe

It's cool (It's cool), We cool (We cool)
I won't trip (Won't trip), It's all good (All good)
But I got one last thing to say to you
No I'm not hatin but I am just sayin cause, oh
You said you'd settle down and do the family thing (Lucky her)
You say that you're all grown up and you don't do childish things (Lucky her)
You don't stay out no more, you don't hang out no more (Lucky her)
You say that you're better than and that you're a better man (Lucky her)
