Born Frank Delgado (1987-present), also known by the title "The Archbishop" and "Pontifex Maximus", is a successful local hip-hop musician and reverend of a small religious organization which focuses its resources on hedonistic practices. Ms.Fong has been recording and producing albums since 2001. His latest release was 2007's "Five Today...Or Rather Six" EP. Humble beginnings:
Ms.Fong would remain virtually unknown until several collaborations with the local sensation Dr.Drew whom no longer graces the local hip-hop scene due to incarceration.
