Lord Flea was a talented Mento and Calypso performer, who had a wide ranging influence on artists like Harry Belafonte, Desi Arnaz and Sammy Davis, Jr. Sometimes called the "Calypso King of Jamaica," Lord Flea was the island's first international music star.
