Majesty Lyrics

When the snow is on the mountains
And the valleys freeze again
Bloody horsemen come riding
They storm with the windYearning spirits in the sunlight
Shining armors blind the lamb
Bloody horsemen come roaring
Roar for the endWhat happened to our screams and curses?
What happened to our lines and verses? All falls down when hell comes crawling
Blood will flow when Satan's calling
Oh, dark majestyIn the end, there's no tomorrow
Bloody horsemen ride again
Breathing terror in the sunlight
Blood flows againI'm sorry for the screams and curses
What happened to our mindless world? When all falls down, when Satan's calling
Blood will flow when hell is crawling
Majesty, oh majesty
Majesty, dark majestyThe Devil has found an amazing playground
And he will enjoy playing games

Nothing is sacred, nothing is holy
Run to the exit again if you canWhen all this comes, it's not fair
Blood disciples anywhere, oh yeahStill I dream of the tomorrow
When the world is free again
In the end, the tyrant's falling
Love wins againThe world is just a crazy circus
I can't accept, we're always cursedWhen all falls down, when hell comes crawling
Blood will flow when Satan's calling
Oh, majesty

Founded in 1989 by Kai Hansen in Hamburg, Germany after leaving Helloween, Gamma Ray borrowed straight from the Helloween classics, and continued to pioneer Hansen's style of power metal. After four years with Helloween, Kai Hansen decided to leave the band at the height of their career. He then went on to do some studio work with Blind Guardian. Kai and his friend Ralf Scheepers from Tyran' Pace decided to start a project. They recruited bassist Uwe Wessel and drummer Mathias Burchard. The resulting sound was very close to Helloween's power metal style.
