March of Hope Lyrics

Tried a million ways to take control of me
There's a million things that I will never be
I got forty-five just glad to be alive
I got a reason to live, I got a reason to die, oh yeahC'monThey don't like it, they don't need it
They don't even want to be like you
They don't want to do the things you doWell, I don't buy it, I don't believe it
I don't ever want to be like you
I don't want to be like youSo everybody, come on, everybody
I said everybody kill or be killed
So everybody, come on, everybody
I said everybodyI've seen a lot of things make me the enemy
I spit into the face of your authority
You're gonna pay the price, so roll the fucking dice
And every second I live could be the last of mineThey don't like it, they don't need it
They don't even want to be like you
They don't want to do the things you doWell, I don't buy it, I don't believe it
I don't ever want to be like you
I don't want to be like youSo everybody, come on, everybody

I said everybody kill or be killed
So everybody, come on, everybody
I said everybodyYou're gonna pay the price, so roll the fucking dice
I got a reason to live, I got a reason to die
Reason to dieSo everybody, come on, everybody
I said everybody kill or be killed
So everybody, come on, everybody
I said everybody kill or be killed

Dope was a nu metal band founded in 1997 and immediately exploded onto the New York City club scene. After only a handful of shows, Dope secured a major label deal with Epic / Flip Records in 1998. The band's self-produced debut "Felons and Revolutionaries" was released in 1999 and nonstop touring fueled the band's success. Dope did several national tours with acts like Slipknot, Sevendust, Mudvayne, Fear Factory, Staind, Static-X, and Kid Rock earning Dope a reputation for being one of the most exciting live bands of the new millennium.
