Mass Ave Lyrics

Aren't you tired of trying to figure out where you fit in?
Just let it come and when it does
Try not to run for the door.
Hey I felt the ground open up tonight
And I stood up too fast and everybody noticed.
You were the only one in the room who smiled. And I wish that window in the front
The one that faces Mass Ave.
I wish that it had opened on its own
And we could've flown out.
On the wind of that momentLeaving all the puzzles behind us.
Aren't you tired of puzzles?
Aren't you ready for the window to open?
And aren't you tired?
Just let it come and when it doesTry not to run for the door.
Hey I felt myself open up tonight
And I laughed way too loud and everybody noticed.
You were the only one in the room who saw.I wish that window in the front
The one that faces Massachusetts Avenue.

I wish that it had opened on its own
And we could have flown out.
On the wind of that moment
And leaving all the trouble behind us.Aren't you tired of trouble?
And aren't you ready for a window to open?
Just let it come and when it does, try not to run.
Just let it come and when it does, try not to run.
