Maybe Someday Lyrics

You came like the mornin' sun,
And I knew you were the one,
Who gave me somethin to believe inWe can feel it but we know
We can't let our feelings show,"No Good," that's what they say about me,
You should try and live without me,
No good, they'll never understand,Maybe someday, we can find a way to be together,
Baby someday, they'll leave us alone,
Maybe someday, there may be some way
We can sing our songs together,Don't you worry what they say,
'Cause with every passing day,
We get closer to tomorrow,And tomorrow we'll be free,
To be what we want to be,They say, "He's really not your kind,"
"Look out, you know that love is blind,"
"Look out," But they don't really seeMaybe someday, we can find a way to be together,
Baby someday, they'll leave us alone,
Maybe someday, there may be some way
We can sing our songs together,
Maybe someday, we can find a way to be together,

Baby someday, they'll leave us alone,
Maybe someday, there may be some way
We can sing our songs together.

The Partridge Family was an American television sitcom about a widowed mother and her five children, that lived in a small fictional town in Northern California. In the pilot episode the musical family records a pop song in their garage. Through the marketing efforts of 10-year- old son Danny the song becomes a hit. The family begins touring the country in a colorful 1957 Chevrolet school bus, performing their music in various types of venues. The episodes would often contrast their suburban life with the adventures of a show-biz family "on the road".
