Maybe We Crazy Lyrics

Yea, uhuh, lets take em dere, yeaMan Sonny a fed joint, he half way out
He ain't home, his ass in a halfway house
Correctional facilities don't correct shit
'Cause the first thing he asked is who gotta get hitA shoot out in 89 fucked up how he walk
He a grimey ass nigga, you see how he talk
Should shoot the Shepard in the head and da sheep gon scatter
Let niggas talk cause action is all that mattersI asked about Bones self-esteem, he said he was soft
Said the boys up in Odasville was breakin' him off
Can you picture him in a jar, niggas jokin' him up
Treatin' him like a pin cushion, pokin him upHe came home actin' like he hard as fuck
Must want a first class nigga to see God, uhuh
Stuck his chest out tell a niggas we don't back down
But wait until we find out Sonnys backgroundMaybe we crazy, but this is the way we came up
Nigga front, and somethin' gon go down
Nigga stunt, cruise to this bitch if you want
Widout a strap, and you gon getcha ass layed downMaybe we crazy, but this is the way we came up
Nigga front, and somethin' gon go down
Nigga stunt, cruise to this bitch if you want

Widout a strap, and you gon getcha ass layed downMy nigga LOCs comin' home soon he up there in four dicks
It's on when he touch that cause he can get enough bricks
When I was young he told me not to run, i pop my gun pa
You can ask gun or la la love then aim hardIm interested to hear bang back in the days
They ain't better than my brain, young crime is pay
New Cadillacs and Bonneville's the very next day
I just hope he learn, I ain't have much to sayLead us squeeze the life out you like a boa constrictor
Fuck a headlock, I'm talking bout extortion nigga
Apply pressure, its hot get the fuck out the kitchen
When niggas pay ya every Friday u ain't got to stick emAt the dice game if ace roll a six its no problem
But if you roll a ace he gon pull out a Robin
Losin' a little or lose lot, when niggas is starving
Man the drama in my hoods goin' down regardlessMaybe we crazy, but this is the way we came up
Nigga front, and somethin' gon go down
Nigga stunt, cruise to this bitch if you want
Widout a strap, and you gon getcha ass layed downMaybe we crazy, but this is the way we came up
Nigga front, and somethin' gon go down
Nigga stunt, cruise to this bitch if you want
Widout a strap, and you gon getcha ass layed downEverybody know education shot Jamal over short paper
You on the run you want a nigga hit son hit take it here
Rise got shot up over some punk shit
In the club beef with some niggas over some dumb bitchThey say wooly was caked up off some credit card scams
Got him the permit, the nigga took the money and ran
Heard he was outta town ridin' round in the pound chrome spinnin'
Caught him spending 545 I no lie ask howOut on VA, Camdon home, come through here cruise by
He run in to dem niggas that he beat, he gon die
B mustve caught his crooks 'coz D flashin' his mugshot
He notices M.O. dont run up in dem crack spotsHis sister, she aight, big hips, lil' waist, big tits
Pretty face, we fucked on the staircase
Lisa thats my bitch she freak off wid a nigga, shit
Man I gotta call that bitch!Maybe we crazy, but this is the way we came up
Nigga front, and somethin' gon go down
Nigga stunt, cruise to this bitch if you want
Widout a strap, and you gon getcha ass layed downMaybe we crazy, but this is the way we came up
Nigga front, and somethin' gon go down
Nigga stunt, cruise to this bitch if you want
Widout a strap, and you gon getcha ass layed down

Curtis James Jackson III (born July 6, 1975 in South Jamaica, Queens, New York), better known by his stage name 50 Cent, is a Grammy award nominated rapper, actor, singer, entrepreneur, author and founder of the hip hop group and label G-Unit. After leaving drug dealing to pursue a rap career, he released his debut album Guess Who's Back? in 2002. He was discovered by Eminem and Dr. Dre and then signed to Interscope Records. He has since released 2003's Get Rich or Die Tryin', 2005's The Massacre, 2007's Curtis and 2009's Before I Self Destruct.

50 Cent has engaged in feuds with other rappers including Jay-Z, Ja Rule, The Game, Cam'Ron, Fat Joe, and Rick Ross. He has also pursued an acting career, appearing in the semi-autobiographical film Get Rich or Die Tryin' in 2005, the Iraq War film Home of the Brave in 2006, and Righteous Kill in 2008. 50 Cent is one of the richest hip-hop performers, having a net worth estimated at US $440 million in 2008.

Before 50 Cent ever inked a major deal, he built up a substantial fan base in New York through underground mixtapes. 50 Cent met up with Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC and was signed to his label to write all of Jay’s music. After he’d left JMJ, he signed to Columbia Records in 1996. On this label, he released Power of the Dollar, and the singles How to Rob and Ghetto Qu’ran. Columbia Records released him from the label after being shot on May 24th, 2000.

Around this time, Eminem had heard one of 50 Cent’s demo tapes and expressed a huge interest in him on MTV, as did Dr Dre. Shortly after this, 50 Cent officially signed to Interscope Records. He was the first rapper to sign to the joint label owned by Dr Dre and Eminem. The first song he released on this record was entitled Wanksta and was featured on the 8 Mile soundtrack.

In its first week of release, his debut ”Get Rich Or Die Tryin’” sold 872,000 units - easily reaching Gold status. Within the second week it went Platinum (1 mil) and on April 12th, 2004 the RIAA certified it six times Platinum.

In 2005 he followed the success of his album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ with a new release - The Massacre (originally called St. Valentines Day Massacre until the release date was pushed back). The first single released off this, Disco Inferno, was a huge hit - he followed this hit up by the release of Candy Shop and then again with Just a Lil Bit.

In 2003 Interscope allowed 50 Cent to have his own label - G-Unit records. He first signed Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Young Buck as the established members of G-Unit. In 2004, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent had signed The Game under a joint venture.
