Me Again (feat. Jesse Lee) Lyrics

Hey, it's me again
I'm just checkin' in
Wonderin' how you've been
Yeah, it's been awhileNothin' much has changed
I hope you're doin' okay
I just called to say
You've been on my mindAnd I hope the next time you fall in love
You get everythin' you've been dreamin' of
You deserve a happiness that sees no end
But next time you fall in love, I hope it's with me againWell baby, I could lie
Say that I'm doin' great
Truth is I miss the way
I feel when I'm with youAnd I hope the next time you fall in love
You get everythin' you've been dreamin' of
You deserve a happiness that sees no end
But next time you fall in love, I hope it's with me again'Cause you and I were never meant to be apart
What we had is better than where we are
I promise that I'll never leave you in the darkYeah, baby, baby, I miss youYeah, I hope the next time you fall in love

You get everythin' you've been dreamin' ofYeah, I hope the next time you fall in love
I give you everythin' you've been dreamin' of
I'll give you a happiness that sees no end
The next time you fall in love
I hope it's with me again, me again

Uncle Kracker (born Matthew Shafer 9 November 1974 in Mount Clemens, Michigan) is an American rock and roll and country music musician.

He started out his career at a young age as a fledgling rapper. He met Kid Rock in 1987, and Rock asked Kracker to become his DJ. Kracker did not know how to work the turntables, but he soon learned how to, and he became a long-term friend and colleague of Rock.

Kracker worked with Kid Rock until he became a solo artist in 2000.

The My Hometown Songfacts reports that Kracker recorded Postcards From Home over seven weeks in early 2011. The album title was inspired by his hectic life on the road after his successful Happy Hour longplayer.
