Memories Lyrics

I remember good times, when you and I were doing fine
Good times, when all the world was yours and mine
And we were dreaming sweet dreams
It wasnt very long ago, it seems
That dreams were all we had to know
But the good old days dont last
And the dreams, theyre fading fastAnd all thats left me are my memories
And the happiness that you gave to me
I cant forget the way things used to be
And how it still means so much to me
So Im holding onto my memories
I remember two hearts so young that they would never break
Apart, we knew how much to give and take
And I was feeling first love
A love that was so beautiful, your love
Heaven couldnt give me more
But the good old days dont last
And the dreams, theyre fading fastAnd all youve left me are my memories

And the happiness that you gave to me
I cant forget the way things used to be
And how you still mean so much to meAnd if I see you tonight, Ill try to look the other way
Tonight, theres nothing left for us to sayAnd all youve left me are my memories
And the happiness that you gave to me
I cant forget the way things used to be
And how you still mean so much to me
And all youve left me are my memories
And the happiness that you gave to me
I cant forget the way things used to be
And how you still mean so much to meAnd all youve left me are my memories
And the happiness that you gave to me...
