Metal Soldiers (Live at Seden Rock Festival) Lyrics

We climb aboard the eagle made of steel
Get ready for another flight
Another town, another city will appear
Through the darkness of the nightA flash of light
There's thunder on the way
The stage ignites when we play metal soldiersAnd we're marching through the night
Metal Soldiers
Clenching fists of metal mightOut on the road, the battle has begun
And we plan our strategy
Cross fields of fire beneath the burning sun
Onward to our victory
A flash of light
There's thunder on the way
The stage ignites when we play...metal soldiersAnd we're marching through the night
Metal Soldiers
Clenching fists of metal mightIt's in our hearts, and deep within our bones
A passion no one can deny
Get on your feet, lord you know you're not alone

Let me hear your battlecry
A flash of light
There's thunder on the way
The stage ignites when we play...metal soldiersAnd we're marching through the night
Metal Soldiers
Clenching fists of metal might
Can you feel it ?
Metal Soldiers
Clenching fists of metal might...metal soldiers
And we're marching through the night
Metal soldiers
Clenching fists of metal might
See ya real soon

There are 3 bands named Riot. 1. Riot sprang from the basement of Mark Reale's home in Brooklyn, NY in the summer of 1976. In 1977 they had recorded and released their first album "Rock City" for New York's Firesign Records. Able to to obtain various licensing deals throughout the world, "Rock City" quickly found an audience. Capitol Records quickly signed Riot, who soon entered the studio to record their second album "Narita" which would be released in 1979. It was in 1981, however, that Riot released what is considered by most fans to be the band's most definitive album "Fire Down Under".
