Millennials Lyrics

[Verse 1]
Higher, the mountains grow
Lower, all the people know
That the ghosts in the hills keep them stuck to the earth like glue
Gotta catch a northbound train to the top, try to shake these blues[Pre-Chorus]
I really think they might know
They see me when I'm at home
They see me talking on the phone
I'll never really be alone[Chorus]
Keep running from these old foes
I really think they might know
Feel sorry for you millenials
You'll never be alone[Verse 2]
High, and far away
The emperor lays in the the finest silk today
But a pigeon in a tree said that he's got his eye on you
And the word on the streets is he'd really like to meet you too[Pre-Chorus]
I really think they might know

They see me when I'm at home
See me talking on the phone
We're never really alone

Yet both boys have discerning taste, having backgrounds in music theory from a tender age, and questioned the logistics of a chaotic set-up.
