Minnie the Moocher Lyrics

Folks, here's a story about Minnie the Moocher
She was a lowdown hoochie coocher
She was the roughest, toughest frail
But Minnie had a heart as big as a whaleHidee hidee hidee hi
Hode hode hode ho
Hee dee hee dee hee dee hee
A hidee hidee hidee hoShe messed around with a bloke named Smoky
She loved him though he was cokey
He took her down to Chinatown
And he showed her how to kick the gong aroundHidee hidee hidee hi
Whoah
Hee dee hee dee hee dee hee
A hidee hidee hidee hoShe had a dream about the King of Sweden
He gave her things that she was needin'
He gave her a home built of gold and steel
A diamond car with platinum wheelsHidee hidee hidee hidee hidee hidee hi
Hodee hodee hodee hodee hodee oh
Scurlivou scurlivou scurlivou rlivourlivu

Setetetete raburlutu scetete raburlutu toyHe gave her his townhouse and his racing horses
Each meal she ate was a dozen courses
She had a million dollars worth of nickels and dimes
She sat around and counted them all a million timesHidee hidee hidee hi
Hooh whoaa oh oh whoa
Hidee hidee hidee hiPoor Min, Poor Min, Poor Min
