Miracle of Love Lyrics

By Jimmy Scott/Mark Morgan
1987 April Music Inc., ASCAPIs this a waking dream nothing seems real
Although you're far away from me, I feel you still
Down a dark and dusty road miles away from home
Can you hear me calling you, you're not alone
Then your voice rings in my ear just like a vision
Suddenly your face appearsI feel the miracle of love
Lifting me up each and every day
Like a beacon in the night
Your guiding light shows me the wayThrough the best and worst of times you've stood right by me
My comfort and protection in adversity
And I don't know how to thank you for these
Golden days we've known
I guess I'll just have to love you more than I've ever done
While your voice rings in my ear
And out of the darkness
Suddenly your face appearsI feel the miracle of love
Lifting me up each and every day

Like a beacon in the night
Your guiding light shows me the wayAnd it keeps on getting better
As we walk these steps in time togetherThen off in the distance
Your voice rings in my ear
And just like a vision
Suddenly I feel you nearI feel the miracle of love
Lifting me up each and every day
Like a beacon in the night
You're guiding light shows me the way
