Monster in Disguise Lyrics

she has seen no words speak through him
he has seen her grow through plastic eyes
and the sign thats posted on the door reads
do not enter, monster in disguiseshe says theres no such thing inside
but he says that when i finally love me
i wont break inside you will see
plus i promised mom and dad......standing, sleeping, sitting, breathing,
cant help but feel the cold air in this room
complacency and urgency
ode to those that know better than i doso she says will i go numb inside
but shes says are you the boy who loved me
was it something said please tell me
because the flaws that run through you
will surely trample me you seethis soul has many voids throughout me
i have fallen deep inside
ill never find the right way
and im sick of living life through weakness
i would rather slip and die than live this life without youso when i finally love me

i will break inside you will see
cause i promised mom and dad i have this thing called son wrapped up
this soul has many voids throughtout me
i have fallen deep inside, i will never find the right way
and im sick of living life through weakness
i would rather slip and die than live this life without you

Enjoy the lyrics !!!
Audio Karate is a pop punk band from Rosemead, California formed in 1995.

Audio Karate signed to Kung Fu Records in fall 2001. They put out their debut album, Space Camp, on May 14, 2002. The album featured the songs "Nintendo 89," "Rosemead," and "Senior Year." After the release of Space Camp, Audio Karate toured the world with bands such as The Ataris, NOFX, Blink-182.

After the heavy touring, the band decided to take a break to write their next record. The result was an album named Lady Melody that was produced by Bill Stevenson of the Descendents. Lady Melody was released on June 1, 2004 on Kung Fu Records. Lady Melody is considered a much darker and angrier record than Space Camp. After the release of the record the band began to tour non-stop in support of it. At the end of the year, the band announced that they would take a "vacation". In 2005 a rumor spread that the band had broken up and this was later proven to be true.

On October 15, 2006 Audio Karate updated their fans via a blog entry on their MySpace page. The entry stated that vocalist/guitarist Arturo Barrios & guitarist Priscilla Camacho are writing the soundtrack to an independent movie titled "Maquillaje", a dark movie about botched love and suicide. It is directed by Marcial Rios, a friend of the band. The film is done entirely in Spanish. The music that they are writing for the movie doesn't sound like the typical Audio Karate songs; most of the songs have been fueled by heavy drinking. They also mentioned that they are working on a new album, but they don't know when it will be coming out, or when they will be able to go on tour again.

As of 2009 Audio Karate has released several new tracks through their myspace page, but there is still no news of an album release.
