Moonchild (Unsealed) Lyrics

Moonchild... Moonchild Moonchild MoonchildWell it's a righteous dream, out of mind yeah
A righteous dream, out of mind yeah
{Is it right just dreaming out of my day}Take your horses
Let them crawl
Put them in their cages
(That's righteous for your soul)Open your eyes
Despite what seems
Longevity
That's a righteous part of meChorus:
Moonchild
Lower me down, lower me down
Moonchild... lower me down down down down down downWell it's a righteous day, out of mind yeah
A righteous dayNever return, I'm waiting no more
They take no prisoners in the promised war
I'll die for this
I'll die for this
Take it awayChorus:(Moonchild)
Take off for safer places

Can't you see
You're losing me {He sure is, losing me that is :-)}Chorus:{Variation on chorus}Well I'm listening to an empty hall
You can't see for they've burned before
They take me down to the [window] shame
Longevity hear my fameMoonchild

Fields of the Nephilim is a gothic rock band, active throughout the 1980s. They formed in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, UK in 1984. Carl McCoy, Gary Whisker, Tony Pettit and brothers Paul Wright and Alexander 'Nod' Wright were the starting lineup. Peter Yates joined by the time of their first release, replacing Gary Whisker. The band's name refers to magnetic fields and the biblical Nephilim race. Their sound was innovative in the gothic scene, incorporating heavy metal elements to make a hard, bass and guitar driven sound underneath McCoy's growled vocals.
