More Than A Woman (The Tavares Brothers) Lyrics

Girl, I've known you very well
I've seen you growing every day
I never really looked before
But now you take my breath awaySuddenly you're in my life
A part of everything I do
You got me workin' day and night
Just tryin' to keep a hold on youHere in your arms I found my paradise
My only chance for happiness
And if I lose you now, I think I would die
Say you'll always be my baby
We can make it shine
We can take forever just a minute at a timeMore than a woman
More than a woman to me
More than a woman
More than a woman to meThere are stories old and true
Of people so in love like you and me
And I can see myself
Let history repeat itselfReflecting how I feel for you

And thinking about those people then
I know that in a thousand years
I'd fall in love with you againThis is the only way that we should fly
This is the only way to go
And if I lose your love, I know I would die
Oh say you'll always be my baby
We can make it shine
We can take forever just a minute at a timeMore than a woman
More than a woman to me
More than a woman
More than a woman to meMore than a woman
More than a woman to me
More than a woman
More than a woman to meMore than a woman
More than a woman to me
More than a woman
More than a woman to meMore than a woman

The Bee Gees, originally made up of three brothers: Barry Gibb, Robin Gibb (died 2012), and Maurice Gibb (died 2003), have been successful for most of their 40-plus years of recording music. They had two distinct periods of exceptional success: as a pop act in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and as a foremost act of the disco music era in the late 1970s. The Gibb brothers were born on the Isle of Man, UK to English parents in 1946 (Barry Alan Crompton Gibb, September 1) and 1949 ( twins Robin Hugh Gibb and Maurice (pronounced "Morris") Ernest Gibb, December 22).
