My Christmas Was In June Lyrics

It was summer, I did love you true
Feelin' like a fool, fall passed by
I thought you'd fade away
But you left me with the painWinter calls for falling snow
You promised me you'd never go
And Christmas will be here
And Christmas will be hereIt's the hope I'm clinging to
My Christmas was in June
My Christmas was in June
When I was still with youDecember discovers, we were summer lovers
I wonder if you knew
Snow that freezes, ocean breezes blue
A place that we once knewWinter calls for falling snow
You promised me you'd never go
And Christmas will be here
And Christmas will be hereIt's the hope I'm clinging to
My Christmas was in June
My Christmas was in June

When I was still with youBroken pieces
Thrown on beaches by you
When you broke my heart in twoWinter calls for falling snow
You promised me you'd never go
And Christmas will be here
And Christmas will be hereIt's the hope I'm clinging to
My Christmas was in June
My Christmas was in June
When I was still with youThis December
All I'll remember is you
My Christmas was in June
My Christmas was in June
My Christmas was in June
My Christmas was in June

Born into a musical family, Candice, Christie and Danielle Beu learned from an early age to appreciate and understand all aspects of the entertainment industry. The sisters, encouraged by their parents, Broadway veterans (“A Chorus Line”), steadily developed their collective and individual talents. In 1988, the Beu family (parents and eight siblings) left the bright lights of New York City for the serene sounds of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
