My Gun Go Off Lyrics

Nigga, my gun go off
You see the barrell turnin', you feel the hollows burnin'
Nigga, now you learnin', nigga, my gun go off
Call it attempted murder, nigga, I'm tryin to merk you
When I come back bustin', nigga, my gun go offDon't try to say I'm trippin' when I get to flippin'
An I start to clip in, nigga, my gun go off
We call it puttin' work in, leavin niggas hurtin
Homicide's learkin', nigga, my gun go offFuck, boy, you can see it to believe it
Tryna dodge and wave it, end up a paraplegic
Believe me its easy, I'll hurt you, I'll merk you
I'll pop summin', drop summin', I aint gonna stop huntin'Run, run till you're spun, one shot, one gun
One, 911 emergency, it's murder, B
It's excellent execution when I'm pulling the trigger
No mistake for that cake, I'm hittin you and your niggasFeel the flame when I aim for the top of your brain
See the spark and the bang, nigga shit ain't a game
Do the math when you blast, bullets go through the glass
Go through your ass fast and the leather seat sittin AveNigga, its not a war when there's casualties on one side, I ride
Turn it up on you niggas after Jay ride by

I click-clack, thats that, I don't flash, I mash
I wave the Uzi at em, I make a movie out emNigga, my gun go off
You see the barrell turnin', you feel the hollows burnin'
Nigga, now you learnin', nigga, my gun go off
Call it attempted murder, nigga, I'm tryin to merk you
When I come back bustin', nigga, my gun go offDon't try to say I'm trippin' when I get to flippin'
An I start to clip in, nigga, my gun go off
We call it puttin' work in, leavin niggas hurtin
Homicide's learkin', nigga, my gun go offYeah, you better lose yourself in the moment
Use it, fuck the music, I'ma let it go
You only get one shot fore I back out and fire back
At ya hat, at ya back, ya ass crack, ya nut sackYour Cadillac, if you make it to that, I'm hitting that
The 70's was smack, 80's crack, 90's was grimey
Millennium macs man, clips on the whips
I ride in em and bad bitches I ride in emAnd dont worry I'll get em, gat jammed or unjammed
Goddamn, safest the safety, dont work
Squeeze the eagle, it chirp
End up faced down in the dirt, more than hurtBring the beef where you hang out
Bang out, shots ring out
Hit your shoulders, tryin to blow your brains outHit your homies in their legs
Bet they have their canes out tomorrow
You know tomorrow's just a day away
If you can keep your heart beatin' and your ass awakeNigga, my gun go off
You see the barrell turnin', you feel the hollows burnin'
Nigga, now you learnin', nigga, my gun go off
Call it attempted murder, nigga, I'm tryin to merk you
When I come back bustin', nigga, my gun go offDon't try to say I'm trippin' when I get to flippin'
An I start to clip in, nigga, my gun go off
We call it puttin' work in, leavin niggas hurtin
Homicide's learkin', nigga, my gun go off

Curtis James Jackson III (born July 6, 1975 in South Jamaica, Queens, New York), better known by his stage name 50 Cent, is a Grammy award nominated rapper, actor, singer, entrepreneur, author and founder of the hip hop group and label G-Unit. After leaving drug dealing to pursue a rap career, he released his debut album Guess Who's Back? in 2002. He was discovered by Eminem and Dr. Dre and then signed to Interscope Records. He has since released 2003's Get Rich or Die Tryin', 2005's The Massacre, 2007's Curtis and 2009's Before I Self Destruct.

50 Cent has engaged in feuds with other rappers including Jay-Z, Ja Rule, The Game, Cam'Ron, Fat Joe, and Rick Ross. He has also pursued an acting career, appearing in the semi-autobiographical film Get Rich or Die Tryin' in 2005, the Iraq War film Home of the Brave in 2006, and Righteous Kill in 2008. 50 Cent is one of the richest hip-hop performers, having a net worth estimated at US $440 million in 2008.

Before 50 Cent ever inked a major deal, he built up a substantial fan base in New York through underground mixtapes. 50 Cent met up with Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC and was signed to his label to write all of Jay’s music. After he’d left JMJ, he signed to Columbia Records in 1996. On this label, he released Power of the Dollar, and the singles How to Rob and Ghetto Qu’ran. Columbia Records released him from the label after being shot on May 24th, 2000.

Around this time, Eminem had heard one of 50 Cent’s demo tapes and expressed a huge interest in him on MTV, as did Dr Dre. Shortly after this, 50 Cent officially signed to Interscope Records. He was the first rapper to sign to the joint label owned by Dr Dre and Eminem. The first song he released on this record was entitled Wanksta and was featured on the 8 Mile soundtrack.

In its first week of release, his debut ”Get Rich Or Die Tryin’” sold 872,000 units - easily reaching Gold status. Within the second week it went Platinum (1 mil) and on April 12th, 2004 the RIAA certified it six times Platinum.

In 2005 he followed the success of his album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ with a new release - The Massacre (originally called St. Valentines Day Massacre until the release date was pushed back). The first single released off this, Disco Inferno, was a huge hit - he followed this hit up by the release of Candy Shop and then again with Just a Lil Bit.

In 2003 Interscope allowed 50 Cent to have his own label - G-Unit records. He first signed Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Young Buck as the established members of G-Unit. In 2004, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent had signed The Game under a joint venture.
