There are multiple bands with this name: 1) A band from Minneapolis in the early 70's. Bearing a clunky and catchy hard rock sound, Cain flourished in the mid-west for a few years before splitting in 1978. The band consists of:

Kevin DeRemer (drums) 2) An Italian black metal band leaded by Lord Vampyr (ex-Theatres Des Vampires) with lyrics about the ancient Roman Empire.
