Never Let Me Go Lyrics

My body shivers at the thought of getting up
My heart is starting to accept that I am giving up
No strength left
Is it over yet?
Am I thinking with my heart or with my head?
Through distance, you remind me thatDon't let me, don't let me, don't let me goSo hold me close and never let me, never let me go
At my lowest of lows, when I need you the most
So let's reverse, could you look for me, could you look for me first?
I will hold you close, I will never let you go
I will never let you go
I will never let you goMy hands welcome yours as you begin to see me
My heart is starting to accept your rescue completely
This new life that you placed in my heart
I hope that I will make it through to you
And in my steps you will follow behind, Oh
Don't let me go!So hold me close and never let me, never let me go
At my lowest of lows, when I need you the most
So let's reverse, could you look for me, could you look for me first?

I will hold you close
I will never let you go.And if our lives reverse
And if you fall in first
I will hold you close
I'll never let you go
And if our lives reverse
And if you fall in first
I will hold you close
I'll never let you goSo hold me close and never let me, never let me go
At my lowest of lows, when I need you the most
So let's reverse, could you look for me, could you look for me first?
I will hold you close, I will never let you go
I will never let you go
I will never let you go

We Came As Romans is a post hardcore band formed in 2005. Hailing from Troy, Michigan, We Came As Romans are pushing the envelope, combining influences such as the intertwined singing/screaming vocals of Underoath, the theatrical, orchestra-infused metal of Chiodos, the crushing breakdowns of The Devil Wears Prada and the positive lyrics of August Burns Red on their debut Equal Vision release, To Plant a Seed. Their second album, Understanding What We've Grown to Be, released in September 2011 featured a darker tone than their previous album while still maintaining the band's overall theme of positivity and brotherhood.

Signed to Equal Vision Records (announced April 16th) after being named Alternative Press’ “Best Unsigned Band” early 2009.

Members:
Dave Stephens – Vocals
Kyle Pavone – Vocals/Synth
Joshua Moore - Guitar
Lou Cotton – Guitar
Andy Glass – Bass
Eric J. Choi – Drums
