New York, New York Lyrics

Start spreading the news, I'm leaving today
I want to be a part of it, New York, New York
These vagabond shoes are longing to stray
And step around of heart of it, New York, New YorkI want to wake up in the city, that doesn't sleep
To find I'm king of the hill, top of the heapMy little town blues, are melting away
I'll make a brand new start of it, in old New York
If I can make it there, I'll make it anywhere
It's up to you, New York, New YorkNew York, New York
I want to wake up in the city, that doesn't sleep
To find I'm king of the hill
Head of the list, cream of the crop, at the top of the heapMy little town blues are melting away
I'll make a brand new start of it, in old New York
If I can make it there, I'll make it anywhere
Come on come through, New York, New YorkMy little town blues are melting away
I'll make a brand new start of it, in old New York
If I can make it there, I'll make it anywhere
Come on come through, New York, New York
