LAST AUTUMN'S DREAM is a 2003 EUROPE related project, a union of bassist John Leven, drummer Ian Haughland and keyboard player Michael Michaeli with vocalist MIKAEL ERLANDSSON and the BALLANTINEZ, S.A.D.O. and FAIR WARNING credited German guitarist Andy Malecek. This unit cut an eponymous album for Japanese release. Erlandsson subsequently put in studio work with AOR project HEARTBREAK RADIO.

The LAST AUTUMN’S DREAM project made a return in late 2004 for a second set of recordings. With the EUROPE contingent unavailable due to their high prodile reunion Erlandsson and Malecek would be joined by the TALISMAN rhythm section of bassist Marcel Jacob and drummer Jamie Borger with Thomas Lassar of CRYSTAL BLUE on keyboards. Jacob also boasted a string of credits with artists such as YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, JOHN NORUM, POWER and HUMANIMAL whilst Borger held a tradition with TREAT. The album, simply entitled 'II', emerged in January 2005.

LAST AUTUMN'S DREAM returned for a third round in December 2005, entitled 'Winter In Paradise'. A fourth album, 'Saturn Skyline', saw release in Japan on the Avalon Marquee label in December 2006. The band performed in Ludwigsburg, Germany at the 'United Forces Of Rock' festival on September 30th 2007 alongside JOE LYNN TURNER, STAN BUSH, WHITE WOLF, SOUL DOCTOR, HUMAN ZOO and DANGER DANGER.
