Nite And Grey Lyrics

I think you should know a few things
You were set up, all three of you
Just like clay pigeons all the way down the line
Let us help you get them, who was it? Who played Judas?1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3
Would you lie? Would you lie to me
Down in Memphis or New Orleans?Would you lie? Would you lie to me?
'Cause I don't need you anymore
'Cause I got freeNite and grey
Night as day
This is the last time
This is the last timeNite and grey
Night as day
This is the last time
This is the last timeNite and grey
Nite and grey
Nite and greyNever been, never bend a knee
I saw Jesus on the road
And I got freedNever going down, going down to hell

'Cause I don't need it anymore
I'm already hereNite and grey
Night as day
This is the last time
This is the last timeNite and grey
Night as day
This is the last time
This is the last timeNite and grey
Nite and grey
Nite and greyNite and grey
Nite and grey
Nite and grey
Night as day
This is the last time now, now, nowNite and grey
Nite and grey
Nite and grey
Nite and grey

Urge Overkill are an alternative rock band from Chicago that attracted underground attention in the late 80s and early 90s. While their ironic reshaping of 70's arena and glam rock left them marginalized during the height of grunge, they managed to appear on the charts with their cover of the Neil Diamond classic "Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon" from the Pulp Fiction soundtrack, which hit #50 on the US Charts, and #11 on the Modern Rock charts.
