No Believers Lyrics

What is this lie, there is no truth
There is no God, there is no proof
They say there is a higher being
He was crucified, torn and bleedingThe Bible is a lie
I defy the lying priest
God doesn't control my life
I choose me own destinyReligion is for the weak
Your soul will die forever
Get up off your knees
There's no God in heavenWhat is God, imagination
A symbol of lies and frustration
Your Savior, Jesus was lost
When He was nailed to the crossThe Bible is a lie
I defy the lying priest
God doesn't control my life
I choose me own destinyReligion is for the weak
Your soul will die forever
Get up off your knees

There's no God in heavenScreaming prophets
Screaming prophets control your mind
Fake Messiah
Fake Messiah bathed in liesDevour Christians
Devour Christians see the light
Do not question
Do not question, God is rightMillions of Christians accept in their heart
Their Savior is Jesus, have faith in the cross
There is no truth to the holy cross
But millions follow, millions are lostThe Bible is a lie
I defy the lying priest
God doesn't control my life
I choose me own destinyReligion is for the weak
Your soul will die forever
Get up off your knees
There's no God in heaven

Sacred Reich is a Phoenix, Arizona based thrash metal band that formed in 1985. Singer/songwriter Phil Rind's interest was in socially-conscious and political speed metal. After several records on Metal Blade Records, they signed to Hollywood Records for a short stint, but later returned to Metal Blade to continue their musical career. The band split in 2000. Former drummer Dave McClain went on to join Machine Head in 1995. Lead guitarist Wiley Arnett went on to form The Human Condition with St. Madness vocalist Prophet in July of 2000.
