No Dark Things (Live At Royal Albert Hall 1984) Lyrics

My life picks, my hand's clean
No head shaved, it's quite safe
Compromise discovery
It's just and it's onlyI took the pill, all you missed
Construed all the tactics
You must learn
To distinguish error from your fateThey don't think it's funny
That he's beginning to accept the factsTo the middle of the floor
You walked over
In the middle of the wall
The picture still hangingFrom the corner of my eye
You stick pins in
In the middle of the floor
I fell overWe have no dark things
Nothing to hide of that
Just some heads and a wish
Something to sing aboutWe have no dark things
Nothing to hide of that

Just some heads and a wish
Something to shout aboutWe have no dark things
Nothing to hide of that
Just some heads and a wish
Something to sing aboutNo dark things
No dark things
No dark things
No dark thingsNo dark things
No dark things
No dark things
No dark thingsNo dark things
No dark things
No dark things
No dark thingsNo dark things
No dark things
No dark things
No dark things

Echo & the Bunnymen are a British post-punk band formed in Liverpool in 1978. The original line-up consisted of Ian McCulloch (of The Crucial Three), Will Sergeant and Les Pattinson. There are many stories, probably apocryphal, that the quartet was completed by a drum machine known as "Echo". By the time of their debut album, 1980's Crocodiles - a moderate UK hit - the drum machine had been replaced by Pete de Freitas.
