No Easy Road Lyrics

Rock 'n' roll keeps draggin' me
Where I don't know and you can't see
Cities rollin' by and by
Twist my arm and sting my eyeWalk me in the right direction
Stamp your feet and shout
We can laugh and play around
And be best friends right nowWatch me join the circus
Watch me steal the show
There ain't no easy money
There ain't no easy roadThere ain't no easy roadBuy me, pay me, wonder why
We stumble across the land
Can't fail for you, you can't fail for me
We start to understandRock 'n' roll keeps draggin' me
Where I don't know and you can't see
Cities rollin' by and by
Twist my arm and sting my eyeWatch me join the circus
Watch me steal the show
There ain't no easy money

There ain't no easy roadWatch me join the circus
Watch me steal the show
There ain't no easy money
There ain't no easy roadThere ain't no easy road
There ain't no easy road
Road, road, road, easy road
No easy road, no easy money
No easy road, no easy moneyNo easy road, no easy road
No easy road, no easy road
No easy road, no easy road
No easy road, no, no easy road

Wishbone Ash is a British rock band which achieved its greatest success in the early and mid-1970s. Their most popular albums included Wishbone Ash (1970), Argus (1972), There's the Rub (1974), and New England (1976). They were one of the first bands to use twin lead guitars. Wishbone Ash can trace its origins back to Torquay, Devon, England, a seaside resort in the southwest of the country. It was there that Martin Turner and Steve Upton first performed together; Turner on bass, Upton on drums, before moving to London in 1969 to seek fame and fortune.
