No Place Feels Like Home Lyrics

Regrets are worthless
They misconstrue the past in sight and the sound
And as lines recede
No one speaks a word of his lust
A word of dreams that are left to rust
The TV's on and everyone stays calmRegrets are worthless
The time has passed
And no one understands
And to say the least
The years have been unfairI wanted to tell you, I miss it
I just want to let you know
The last year has helped me grow
I want to take you on the road
Where we'd go I'll never know
Will you come along?
It's easier when no place feels like homeRegrets are worthless
And the time has passed
Which no one understands

The years have been unfair to this point
I said, I want out
I want to take you out of this
We're going to California
And I want to take you on the rideI wanted to tell you, I miss it
I just want to let you know
The last year has helped me grow
I wanna take you on the road
Where we'd go I'll never know
Will you come along?
It's easier when no place feels likeI'll set things right
This time, direction, in which to go
I'll set things right, I'll say goodnight
GoodnightWanted to tell you, I miss it
Wanted to tell you, I miss it
Wanted to tell you, I miss it
Wanted to tell you, I miss it
I wanna take you on the road

Midtown is a pop-punk band from Springfield, New Jersey, United States. Formed in November of 1998 by three Rutgers students, the band soon became a pop-rock quartet and took advantage of the fertile New Jersey punk scene to develop a unique sound that combined elements of both emo and alternative sounds. They began recording shortly after their formation. Their first EP, "Sacrifice of Life," was issued by Pinball Records in 1999. Their first full-length album, "Save the World, Lose the Girl," was released in early 2000 by the Drive-Thru Records label and picked up for distribution by MCA.
