Nothing But a Blur from a Bullet Train Lyrics

Wearing a halo of mist
Glowing pink and purple
In the afternoon light
Sprawling from a hub
They gave way to patches of greenThe wine colored country
Unfolded as we tumbled into our rooms
And our travel kinks floated away
As we stroked the sunrise
And stained the lake a hazy pinkAnd the jade tree green rivers
And the apple trees
'N' the thoughts of wearing
Our sun screen and evergreens
Are layered like feathers at your feetNothing but a blur from a bullet train
A picturesque, old teahouse with a carp pond
As we trundled out of the tunnel
As we trundled out of the tunnel

Lambchop is an American alt-country band from Nashville, Tennessee, the capital of country music. Originally called Posterchild, the band (which formed in 1986) cannot easily be classified into a genre and certainly not into that of traditional country music. The collective around frontman Kurt Wagner has a fluid membership, at times including as many 18 musicians, and is frequently associated with alternative country.
