Nothing But a Miracle Lyrics

Loneliness was the biggest part of the world that I once knew
It's hard to see how much that you've got to give
When you're scared of what you've got to loseI wanted to cry but my pride wouldn't let me
And gravity held me in the emptiness
That I could not see throughAnd your love is nothing but a miracle
(Nothing but a miracle)
You have made what I've become out of what I was
(Out of what I was)Yeah, your love is nothing but a miracle
(Nothing but a miracle)
And I believe you can do anything if you can love
You can loveNow this love is the biggest part of the world you brought me to
And the universe looks kinder from a brightened point of view
Now I'm wanting to fly and there's nothing to stop me'Cause I know that you love me
And you call me to rise up and follow youAnd your love is nothing but a miracle
(Nothing but a miracle)
You have made what I've become out of what I was
(Out of what I was)Yeah, your love is nothing but a miracle
(Nothing but a miracle)

And I believe you can do anything if you can loveWhy did I ever wait so long
Before I opened up
I never felt so strong a loveYeah, your love is nothing but a miracle
(Nothing but a miracle)
You have made what I've become out of what I was
(Out of what I was)Yeah, your love is nothing but a miracle
(Nothing but a miracle)
And I believe you can do anything if you can love
Oh yeah, you can love

Richard Wayne Mullins (October 21, 1955 – September 19, 1997) was an American Christian music singer and songwriter born in Richmond, Indiana. On September 19, 1997, Rich Mullins and his friend Mitch McVicker were traveling on I-39 north of Bloomington, Illinois to a benefit concert in Wichita, Kansas when his Jeep flipped over. They were not wearing seat belts and were thrown from the vehicle. When a passing semi-trailer truck swerved to avoid the Jeep, Mullins, who was too injured to move out of the way, was hit by the truck and died instantly. McVicker was badly injured but survived.
