O Come, O Come, Emmanuel Lyrics

O come, o come, Emmanuel
And ransom captive Israel
That mourns in lonely exile here
Until the Son of God appear
Rejoice, rejoice, Emmanuel
Shall come to thee, o Israel
O come now, wisdom from on high
Who orderest all things [Incomprehensible]
To us the path of knowledge show
And teach us in her ways to go
Rejoice, rejoice, Emmanuel
Shall come to thee, o Israel
O come, desire of nations, bind
In one the hearts of all mankind
Bid Thou our sad divisions cease
And be Thyself our King of peace
Rejoice, rejoice, Emmanuel
Shall come to thee, o Israel

Shall come to thee, o Israel

Rhett Walker, born and raised in the South, is not like any rising Christian musician you have met before or will meet again soon. The outspoken 25-year-old son of a preacher was born and raised around the South. When he moved away from his hometown at 16, he started hanging out with the rough crown and got expelled from school, so his parents sent him to a Christian school. When he was 17 at that school, he met a girl, then found out she was pregnant. He stepped up to the challenge and sat down with his soon-to-be wife to figure out how to change their lives.
