Old Bridges Burn Slow Lyrics

Here we go 'round again
Masqueradin' as long lost friends
'Cause a memory never dies
It kinda fades into a lie
And what da ya knowStill waters run deep
Old bridges burn slow
Still waters run deep, now baby
Old bridges burn slowLet's chalk it all up to our youth
That's one way to hide from the truth
I never asks you for a thing and if I had
You would have told me noStill waters run deep
Old bridges burn slow
Still waters run deep, now baby
Old bridges burn slowBut how many years did I chase after you
All my mind would allow
But now I can't break off the past
And even if I knew how
Ah, I wouldn't tell it to you, babySo why don't we call it a day

I got nothin' else left to say
'Cause a dream we both dreamt was
Just a last ditch attempt to stop the flowStill waters run deep
Old bridges burn slow
Still waters run deep, now baby
Old bridges burn slow, mmmDon't ya know they burn slow
In a way I know and I know
Don't ya know they burn slow
Still waters run deep
Old bridges burn slowAhh, how they burn
Don't ya know they burn slow
Still waters run deep
Old bridges burn slow

Enjoy the lyrics !!!
