One On One Lyrics

I know your day's been long
Then you know, I got some ideas
and hope you like them
I've been thinking about you all day
and I just wonder you know
what I could do
to make this the best night of your life
cause you know how much you mean to meI was thinking about you
and wondering what we should do for the night
I was making me a list
of all those places
I wanna kiss on youSo what are you thinking, Miss Mystery
I'll let your actions convince me
and when I hold you in my arms
there's no more questions
we're one on oneI wanna be checking you out
I'll have flowers waiting for you with the wine, oh girl
I was hoping what I could do

with those clothes you have on you, all nightSo what are you thinking, Miss Mystery
I'll let your actions convince me
and when I hold you in my arms
there's no more questions
we're one on one, whoa oh yeah, yeahGirl look at me and don't say a word
My heart is hearing and I'll kiss where you hurt
and when I hold you in my arms
there's no more questions
were one on one on one
Oh we're one on one, girl
I've been waiting' for you all day long, girl

Alabama is a country music band from Fort Payne, Alabama that was started in 1969 but did not get a recording contract until 1977. Alabama began by singing for tips around Myrtle Beach before going on to sell millions of records. They were among the first successful country groups since the mid-1970s, thanks to their blend of contemporary and traditional country and southern rock. On July 4-93 they opened a $7-million, 2,200-seat theater, located in Barefoot Landing-Myrtle Beach South Carolina.

The members of Alabama are:

- Randy Owen (vocals and rhythm guitar)
- Teddy Gentry, (vocals and bass guitar)
- Jeff Cook (lead guitar, keyboards, bass guitar, fiddle, banjo, and mandolin)
- Mark Herndon (drums and percussion)

Along with the Oak Ridge Boys and the Statler Brothers, Alabama is recognized as having paved the way for today's top country groups, including Diamond Rio, Lonestar and Rascal Flatts.
