Only the Brave Lyrics

Twelve o'clock at night
Streets of many corners
The lunar river winds
Down the closes and the lanesThe night skips the sleeping years
And re-awakes the memory
Takes me along the way
To the places of a heartThe days of summer came
Days of many heartache
Not to love is not to live
Not to live is to feel no painSo unlock this heart of stone
Teach me the ways of mystery
In the places where they say
Only the brave can walk aloneYou took me through this town
You took me to the moment
That makes angels lose their wings
Makes poets lose their wonderBut I have found in you
A love line pure and lasting
May your heart hold true

And your nights run long

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Runrig is a Scottish folk rock band founded by brothers Calum and Rory Macdonald in 1973 in Portree, Isle of Skye, Scotland. The band is now popular across the United Kingdom, Denmark and Germany and is notable for combining original songs in Gaelic with a rock sound, thus reflecting the Gaelic culture. Runrig began in 1973 as a three-piece named the "Run Rig Dance Band", its members comprising Calum Macdonald and Rory Macdonald, and their friend, accordionist Blair Douglas. The line-up played its first gig at the Kelvin Hall in Glasgow.
