Outcast Lyrics

Even though he was crazy, go now
Even though he was crazy, go now
Even though he was crazy, go now
Even though he was crazy, go nowAbusive and reclusive
No self-motivation
A view so cruel, he's nobody's fool
Manipulated tension underneath the angerInverted and repulsive, progression and rejection
On the fringe the outcast grins
Spellbound motivation
Broken circles, broken circlesThe outcast grins [Incomprehensible]
Spellbound motivationHe's lost compassion for his life
That tempered angle
Changing sights
Lost inhibitionsOne by one
He takes them down
Unconsciously they hit the ground
Amnesia sets inA killer on the binge
Strange voices from within

When you sleep, he preys on you
Unconscious levels burn for you, burn for youHe's lost compassion for his life
That tempered angle
Changing sights
Lost inhibitionsOne by one
He takes them down
Unconsciously they hit the ground
Amnesia sets inAnd even though he was crazy, go now
And even though he was crazy, go now

Front Line Assembly are Bill Leeb (vocals, synthesizers) and Rhys Fulber (synthesizers and samplers), one of many groups formed by the prolific Vancouver, Canada-based duo. After working in the mid-'80s under the pseudonym Wilhelm Schroeder with Skinny Puppy, the Austrian-born Leeb formed the industrial/ebm-based Front Line Assembly in 1986 with Fulber -- who initially joined on as a studio assistant -- and synth player Michael Balch.
