Over Me Lyrics

I've seen her face
.so good, it ain't nothing, babe!
I say she's cool and. back to Liberty...
I've seen the way you and she...
How she plays ... better than a...
Chorus:
Can it be you're over me?
She took my place, she saved the day
Others see you're over me
When she took my place, she saved the day!
I've seen that she laid
And did whatever you need
And how when she can bake that cake
I wouldn't bake
What a breath of fresh air
She is in my way
Chorus:
Can it be you're over me?

She took my place, she saved the day
Others see you're over me
When she took my place, she saved the day!
...be with my friends
Who to say I'm not...
You know there's very bad one
That was never your friend...
Chorus:
Can it be you're over me?
She took my place, she saved the day
Others see you're over me
When she took my place, she saved the day!

The Wreckers are a country duo formed when Grammy Award Winner Michelle Branch recruited fan and later, backing singer, Jessica Harp — who, at the time, was en route to signing a record deal of her own — on a new musical venture, incorporating elements from both Michelle's pop-rock style and Jessica's classical style into a unique-sounding amalgamation. Soon, their song, The Good Kind — originally recorded solely by Jessica — was featured on the hit teen soap opera One Tree Hill. They performed this song on the show on February 8, 2005.
