Part Time Lover Lyrics

I just wanna tell you, you're special
You know I meet a lot of beautiful women
But you, you make me feel goodSo good
It's hard to describe you ya know
It's everything about you I mean, damn
You make me feel goodWhen I'm gone, girl I miss you, when I'm at home I get with ya
I be right back in NYC, be my part time lover
I keep a smile on your face and bring you jewels
When you thinkin' that at least when you thinkin' of me
Be my part time loverMe, I'm gon' do my thang, so you can go do your thang
You wanna fuck 'um, it's aight with me, be my part time lover
She likes you like I like you, I'm aight with her
She aight with me, be my part time loverIt's more than your body, baby, damn it's your brain
You make me wanna kiss you like baby kiss Wayne
And make you call me daddy like baby do Wayne
Damn that shit sounds gay, it's insaneI guess that's the price the lil' nigga pays for fame
But baby dim the lights now, here more my lifestyle
I had to be sexual, I wanna get next to you

I may be get in to you, that's what finna doGirl you in my house, my tongue in your mouth
My foreplay better then okay, no doubt
We got our own thing, see you are my bitch
Just don't ask question about Ciara and shitYou saw the video, you heard the radio
They said it's me and C, you want it to be you and me
That was just a rumor, come and gimme kisses
Then clean this place up, go on and wash the dishesWhen I'm gone, girl I miss you, when I'm at home I get with ya
She likes you like I like you, I'm aight with her
She aight with me, be my part time loverGirl, your ass fat like Joe, you real sweet like Ja
Say some fly shit and I'ma black your fuckin' eye
Fab said your pussy and made him better
So assumin' you a hustla and you get that cheddaGo suck it like superhead, deep throat that super dick
Then come back with big bread, see you's a trooper kid
T-pain must be psychic, he saying what I think
I'm by the bar now, bitch, buy me a drinkGo on and wipe me down, I bet you like me now
Mo then you eva did this is real shit
(Ay baby)
This is why I'm hot, yea this is why I'm hot
We can party like a rockstar nonstopHere's what she told ya boy, she likes that soulja boy
She cranked up the ten, cruisin' in the Benz
I thought you changed girl but you the same girl
Usher and R. kelly, you had the best of both worldsWhen I'm gone, girl I miss you, when I'm at home I get with ya
She likes you like I like you, I'm aight with her
She aight with me, be my part time loverI only need your love part time, be my part time lover, ya know
Some men require love from 9 to 5, I require love from 12 to 4
12 at night to 4 in the mornin' and then we leave the hotelIt's short stay, baby, it's 50, I'm feelin to move to Atlanta, man
Pack my bags, take my solders with me
You know I'ma feel like Hip-Hop is seen down there
Oh, because I run New York, I told you

Curtis James Jackson III (born July 6, 1975 in South Jamaica, Queens, New York), better known by his stage name 50 Cent, is a Grammy award nominated rapper, actor, singer, entrepreneur, author and founder of the hip hop group and label G-Unit. After leaving drug dealing to pursue a rap career, he released his debut album Guess Who's Back? in 2002. He was discovered by Eminem and Dr. Dre and then signed to Interscope Records. He has since released 2003's Get Rich or Die Tryin', 2005's The Massacre, 2007's Curtis and 2009's Before I Self Destruct.

50 Cent has engaged in feuds with other rappers including Jay-Z, Ja Rule, The Game, Cam'Ron, Fat Joe, and Rick Ross. He has also pursued an acting career, appearing in the semi-autobiographical film Get Rich or Die Tryin' in 2005, the Iraq War film Home of the Brave in 2006, and Righteous Kill in 2008. 50 Cent is one of the richest hip-hop performers, having a net worth estimated at US $440 million in 2008.

Before 50 Cent ever inked a major deal, he built up a substantial fan base in New York through underground mixtapes. 50 Cent met up with Jam Master Jay of Run-DMC and was signed to his label to write all of Jay’s music. After he’d left JMJ, he signed to Columbia Records in 1996. On this label, he released Power of the Dollar, and the singles How to Rob and Ghetto Qu’ran. Columbia Records released him from the label after being shot on May 24th, 2000.

Around this time, Eminem had heard one of 50 Cent’s demo tapes and expressed a huge interest in him on MTV, as did Dr Dre. Shortly after this, 50 Cent officially signed to Interscope Records. He was the first rapper to sign to the joint label owned by Dr Dre and Eminem. The first song he released on this record was entitled Wanksta and was featured on the 8 Mile soundtrack.

In its first week of release, his debut ”Get Rich Or Die Tryin’” sold 872,000 units - easily reaching Gold status. Within the second week it went Platinum (1 mil) and on April 12th, 2004 the RIAA certified it six times Platinum.

In 2005 he followed the success of his album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ with a new release - The Massacre (originally called St. Valentines Day Massacre until the release date was pushed back). The first single released off this, Disco Inferno, was a huge hit - he followed this hit up by the release of Candy Shop and then again with Just a Lil Bit.

In 2003 Interscope allowed 50 Cent to have his own label - G-Unit records. He first signed Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and Young Buck as the established members of G-Unit. In 2004, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent had signed The Game under a joint venture.
