Peer Pressure (feat. Traci Nelson) Lyrics

Snoop, Snoopy doo, Snoop doo doo
Fredwreck, Snoop Dogg
Yeah, quit bullshittin' and hit it, man
Hit the shit, man, yeahIf I do, if I don't, if I will, if I won't
I mix the C with the P and live the G with the funk
Got you rappin' at school, my nigger actin' a fool
He got suspended, now he all alone in his roomPlayin' my CD, la da dee da dee
East Side shit, Goldilock and big Trey D
On the C, the young homie wanna be me
So I'ma let him, I hope the homeboys don't get him
'Cause they gonna sweat himGotta stay on deck for that
If you a buster, you gonna get checked for that
It's so real, homie, don't pop that pill
Dip that now, tell me how does that feel?I can't stop, gotta go hard in the paint
Can't fake, nigger, put paint where it ain't
Monkey see, monkey do what I say I do
If I take one, you take twoI just wanna let you ride, peer pressure
Get you high, peer pressure

Smoke weed till I die, peer pressureI just wanna let you ride, peer pressure
Get you high, peer pressure
Smoke weed till I die, peer pressure
S-N-double O-P, I just wanna let you rideBaby girl wanna be grown
She got a Facebook page and a cellphone
Her daddy getting' money, her momma on the go
She movin' too fast but she really don't knowLife's a trip, lil' mama, don't drink that
They tellin' you it's cool, baby, don't take that
'Cause if you do, ain't no tellin'
You's a good girl, why you fightin' and rebellin'?If you keep that up you gonna end up spread
Misled, better yet, sick in the head
So stop tryin' to be like them and be yourself
Stop, look and see yourselfIt's so real, gotta stay hard in the paint
You can't fake, baby, put paint where it ain't
Monkey see, monkey do what I say I do
If I take one, you take twoI just wanna let you ride, peer pressure
Get you high, peer pressure
Smoke weed till I die, peer pressureI just wanna let you ride, peer pressure
Get you high, peer pressure
Smoke weed till I die, peer pressure
S-N-double O-P, I just wanna let you rideI love the street life, yeah, there's no place I can go
Street life, it's the only life I know
Street life, it's the only life I know
Street life 'cause there's no place I can goI'm up all night like I'm on twilight
Turn left, turn right, your life, my life
Do wrong, do right, low life, high life
I go green, so why you keep offerin' me white? Can't stop, gotta go hard in the paint
S-N-double O-P, I just wanna let you rideGet you high, smoke weed till you die
I just wanna let you ride
Get you high, smoke weed till I die
I just wanna let you ride
I just wanna let you ride

Snoop Dogg has changed his name to Snoop Lion.

Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr. (born October 20, 1971 in Long Beach, California, United States), better known by his stage name Snoop Dogg, is a Grammy award nominated rapper, producer and actor. Snoop is best known as a famous MC in the West Coast hip hop scene, and for being one of producer Dr. Dre's most notable protégés. He made his rap debut in 1992 on Dre's debut album The Chronic, and then released his debut album, Doggystyle, to much critical and public acclaim. His mother nicknamed him "Snoopy" as a child, and he took the stage name Snoop Doggy Dogg when he began recording. He changed his name to Snoop Dogg in 1996 when he left his original record label, Death Row Records, and signed with No Limit Records.

He has been affiliated with the Crips, a U.S. street gang. Several of his cousins, including RBX, Nate Dogg, Daz Dillinger, and Warren G are also hip hop artists and often collaborate with Snoop. In 2000, Snoop (as "Michael J. Corleone") directed Snoop Dogg's Doggystyle, a pornographic film produced by Hustler. This film, combining hip-hop with X-rated material, was a huge success and won "Top Selling Release of the Year" at the 2002 AVN Awards. Driven by this success, Snoop directed Snoop Dogg's Hustlaz: Diary of a Pimp in 2002 (this time using the nickname "Snoop Scorsese").

As a rapper, he is perhaps best known for his “lazy drawl” — a slurred, distinctively calm, laid-back, and rhythmically-complex lyrical delivery. His lyrics have often been criticized for their glorification of misogyny, violence and gangsterism; however, he is often credited for accurately portraying street slang and attitudes.
