Daniel 'Danny' Anthony Noriega was a contestant on the 7th season of American Idol, where he made it to the Top 16 before being voted off on March 6th, 2008. Danny was born on September 29th of 1989 in Azusa, California. He previously auditioned for Idol in Season 6 and made it to Hollywood week but was cut in the first round. His elimination song was "Tainted Love" by Soft Cell. Shortly following his elimination, Noriega received an offer from Rosie O' Donnell to perform on her cruise.
