The Burnettes are at the core Cora & Chris Burnette, who have been making music together for over a decade. A Buckingham/Nicks for the modern age, the Vancouver based duo is a combination of Cora's penchant for roots and standards, and Chris's love of old school punk-rock. The result is some wacky, fun-lovin' toe tapping kitchen-party-pop peppered with harmonies, easy melodies, and more than a few shoe-gazing numbers in between.

Their fifth album in the works, they have joined forces with multi-instrumentalist Kelly Hood, bassist Craig Nasen, and drummer Tom Tischer (National Shield, The Pernell Reichert Band).
