Nei Lisboa is one of the most important gaúcho musicians. His compositions are strongly influenced by the south of Brazil culture, where he was born and lives.
Nei Tejera Lisboa nasceu em 18 de janeiro de 1959, em Caxias do Sul (RS). Reside em Porto Alegre desde os seis anos de idade, tendo vivido largas temporadas em outras capitais brasileiras e também nos EUA, onde concluiu o segundo grau.
