Kevin Earl Federline was born March 21, 1978 in Fresno County, California. His debut album (signed on his own label Federation Records) was released on October 31, 2006. His first single off the album is the song Lose Control. He holds the record for the lowest-rated album ever according to the metacritic.com database which summarized the album with the phrase "extreme dislike or disgust". Despite months of exposure and promotion for Federline's album, Playing with Fire debuted in the Billboard top 200 at #151. The sales for the first-week of release have been reported at about 6,000. His concerts have also faced poor figures, selling only a small portion of the maximum seat capcity in many venues. In Chicago, unsold tickets were given away free.


Kevin Federline is perhaps most famous for being married to his now estranged wife, Britney Spears. Britney filed for divorce On November 7, 2006.
