Elliot Denmark (born 1977) is an electronic sound artist based in Spain. He is not a trained musician and had no formal musical education. Severence releases experiment with rhythmical and ambient dub soundscapes, with undulating, harmonious and conflicting layers of sound interacting throughout. He has previously released music on labels such as BineMusic, Area 51 and Shoreless Recordings. 2013 sees the release of the debut Severence album entitled "Hidden Ceilings" on the BineMusic label from Germany.
