Posin' Lyrics

Posin'
Were Posin'!( let the beautiful instrumental plays )Here's a dance you ought' to do
Let me introduce to you~
Posin'
Everybody Pose!Get a partner then begin
Hold whatever pose you're in
Posin'
Everybody Pose! It's a dance that you can dance with your girl or wife
Find a pose than stop
Position and everything in lifeYou find yourself can't tellin' when
There is no stop but start again
Posin'
Everybody Pose!( the majestic trumpet & orchestra appears )( some gibberish I can't comprehend )
Song Discussions is protected by U.S. Patent 9401941. Other patents pending.

James Melvin "Jimmie" Lunceford (June 6, 1902 – July 12, 1947) was an American jazz alto saxophonist and bandleader in the swing era. Lunceford was born in Fulton, Mississippi. Little is known about his parents, though his father was a choirmaster in Warren, Ohio, before the family moved to Denver. Lunceford went to high school in Denver and studied music under Wilberforce J. Whiteman, father of Paul Whiteman, whose band was soon to acquire a national reputation.
