Praise Lyrics

What did you expect?
Fools often sometimes forget
Who really knows what's the truth
Often dignifiedHow funny changing the tide
Feels like you already knew(Praise)
like the devil
(Connect)
You would never
(Sick man)
Running circles
Feels like you already knew(Praise)
Like the devil
(Connect)
You would never
(Sick man)
Running circles
Feels like you already knewSave you
I would never

Deny you
Even though your hate for me is strong(See)
I'm not what you
(Think)
I'm the one who'll
(Be)
What you never
Thought would be nothin' and now(Afraid to open up your eyes)
And now you realizeAlways you lived in a dream
How would it feel if you could ?
See past the lies
Oblivious to all of my cries
No hope when I knew that you could(Praise)
Like the devil
(Connect)
You would never
(Sick man)
Running circles
Feels like you already knew(Praise)
Like the devil
(Connect)
You would never
(Sick man)
Running circles
Feels like you already knew(Praise)
Like the devil
(Connect)
You would never
(Sick man)
Running circles
Feels like you already knew(Praise)
Like the devil
(Connect)
You would never
(Sick man)
Running circles
Feels like you already knew(Praise)
Like the devil
(Connect)
You would never
(Sick man)
Running circles
Feels like you already knew

The band yFriday started out in 1994 leading a local worship event called whyfriday? in Newcastle with the Youth For Christ (YFC) movement. At this event many young people attended and eventually they had to move out of their original premises and move to the Newcastle City Hall. This event gave the band the opportunity to develop their own style and sound also helping them create a song writing style with a strong and dynamic ministry focused on salvation and healing through Jesus.
