Pretty Bridges Lyrics

(burn... burn... burn...)So if I blaze a trail
Hammer the final nail
So if I shake you off my tail
How can I fail?Down, pretty bridges burn, all my bridges burnt
Burnt down pretty bridges burn all my bridges burntNausea the vertical climb
A fatal flaw in the design
I can't be sure that you'll open the door to me
The double indemnity(burn... burn... burn...)A mouthful of pleasurable sensation
Shaken by sheer anticipation
Glad you asked me, I had to dash, you see
It's been a blast(burn)All my bridges burn
All my pretty bridges burn
Each one in their turn
All my pretty bridges burn
Burn, pretty bridges burn
All my bridges burn
Will I ever learn?
Watch all my pretty bridges burnHysterical look at this chaos

All that I had and all that I lost
You are feeling sleepy
Very very sleepyDown, pretty bridges burn, all my bridges burnt
Burnt down pretty bridges burn all my bridges burnt
Burnt down pretty bridges burn all my bridges burntAs for the bitter taste
Let it vanish into the flames
Don't let it go to waste
All the places and the names
This is the master stroke
Raised to the ground
And it all goes up in smoke
All my bridges burnAll my bridges burn
All my pretty bridges burn
Each one in their turn
All my pretty bridges burn
Burn, pretty bridges burn
All my bridges burn
Will I ever learn?
Watch all my pretty bridges burnDown, pretty bridges burn, all my bridges burnt
Burnt down pretty bridges burn all my bridges burnt [x3](burn...)All my bridges burn
All my pretty bridges burn
Each one in their turn
All my pretty bridges burn
Burn, pretty bridges burn
All my bridges burn
Will I ever learn?
Watch all my pretty bridges burn(burn... burn... burn...)

Moloko were an Anglo-Irish trip-hop and electropop duo from Sheffield, England consisting of Róisín Murphy from Arklow, Republic of Ireland and Mark Brydon, from Sunderland, England. The band's name originates from the Nadsat slang in the novel "A Clockwork Orange" by Anthony Burgess, in which it means "milk" (from the Russian word for milk, молоко). Róisín Murphy was born in Arklow, County Wicklow, Ireland, and had no prior professional experience as a singer.
