Fabio Cadore’s first album, Lúdico Navegante, shows several ways this young man can face. He is twenty-five years old. Fabio Cadore presents the public, with his beautiful voice, twelve songs made by himself (just two with other composers). He also demonstrates he is a sophisticated acoustic guitar player and arranger. He could have chosen one of his talents to face the highlights but he preferred to appear completely, to take risks. With his beautiful voice and a number of well-selected songs, he could become an interpreter, finally a new singer in the country of female singers.

His story started when he was six years old. At this age, he learnt to play the acoustic guitar by himself. Since then, he didn’t stop anymore. Before totally dedicating to popular music and specializing in singing and composing, Fabio studied classical guitar for years. All of this led to his accurate technique and the good sound which comes from his instrument.

Cadore establishes a bridge between classical and popular with subtlety and sensibility. Probably that’s why he is in the Brazilian instrumental universe and he mastered the sound of Lúdico Navegante with André Geraissati, one of the musicians who are worried about technique and musical language of the acoustic guitar. This beginning work has also special participations: singer and composer Filó Machado and the female singer Karina Ninni.

The album was presented in April, 2008. It calls the attention of the specialized critics with “good melodies and lyrics which bring daily scenes, talking about politics and society”, according to the journalist Beto Feitosa. Another journalist, André Domingues, calls attention to Fabio’s rich, harmonic and melodic songs, direct influences came from Djavan, João Bosco, Edu Lobo and other composers marked by sinuous and unpredictable styles.
