Quiet, The Winter Harbor Lyrics

Well you're still walking
Around the block
You had a long time
To think who you areYou look so sad
Well, so you think
You say, "Come over"
And you're still a starYou're like a villain
In some old film
Walking in the dark
In somebody's room
Save me
'Cause I'm still sinking
We've got a harbor
Close to the shoreSimple
Your thoughts are swimming
I'd like to see them
When you're aloneYou've got the same smile
You had before

It's just laying down
Than what I adore
Save me
'Cause I'm still sinking
We've got a heartburn
Close to the shore

Mazzy Star is a 1990s dream pop/alternative band from Los Angeles. They formed in 1989, from the band Opal, a collaboration of guitarist David Roback and bassist Kendra Smith. Kendra Smith's friend Hope Sandoval became vocalist when Smith left the band. Mazzy Star is probably most famous for their song Fade Into You, which brought the band some success in the mid-1990s and was dream pop's biggest mainstream hit. Roback and Sandoval were the creative center of the band, with Sandoval writing most of the lyrics and Roback composing most of the music.
