Quiet's Theme - Akihiro Honda

As a Japanese sound director and designer in Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd., Akihiro Honda (本田晃弘) started making music for video games. "Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops" is one of his best known works, along with an additional arrangement track "Calling To The Night". He also helped compose the music for "Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker", including the composition of the title theme for the game.
